“We live a few hours from our property so managing any kind of work on it is stressful. Nicko handled the whole fiber cement job while we were away, kept us in the loop with photos as he went. That gave peace of mind. Came back to find it done clean and exactly as discussed.”
“Nick went above and beyond! Took care of everything I requested! Definitely recommend!”
“Nicko helped us find solutions to a few tricky tie ins to the home and we are thrilled with the result. The highlight of our home.”
“Highly recommended!! Nicko showed up when he said he would and got the job done promptly. It looks Great! AAA+++”
“I was so lucky to find this extraordinary builder, craftsman, and businessman. He provides a detailed quote, after extensive questioning on what is expected, and is sure to include the customer at every decision point during the project process. … what you get is someone that shows up on time, builds a QUALITY product, and cleans up his debris. Knowledgeable, personable and cheerful; a premier example to others about how a builder should treat his customer. I already have other projects lined up for him. Give him a chance, you won’t be disappointed.”
“Highly recommended! Nicko did a fantastic job! He showed up the day he said he would and got the job done promptly. AAAA+++”
“This company transformed my 1960 ranch into a beautiful Cape Cod cottage using Hardie shake siding and trim. Nicko is knowledgeable, creative and a true business professional.”
“We replaced all our siding with Hardie board one year and another year, we replaced all our soffits as well. … He is honest, hardworking and responsive. You get responses back almost instantly or within minutes. … Nicko Sysa is the BEST we have found!”
“Nicko is so personable and knowledgeable, I could not have found someone better to help my husband and I achieve the perfect deck to relax on all summer. I will be calling for any future home construction projects! I cannot recommend highly enough!”

All done on time and on budget with very high quality. … He has always been extremely responsive. He cares about delivering quality and satisfying his clients.
